Boothi, is a rapidly expanding photobooth business in London. Our mission is simple to offer the best photobooth experience our guests will ever have. We offer our services to a range of events from corporate events to weddings, birthdays, private parties, festivals or even barbecue parties!

 

Role and Responsibilities

You will be responsible on setting up and managing our photo booth (s) at events across London. Durations can vary but a typical shift will include:

• Loading the Photo booth equipment

• Drive to the venue

• Set up the photobooth, props & backdrop

• Manage the photobooth – this includes staying on site to assist guests with the photo booth for the time that the photo booth is active, ensure that photo booth is operating correctly which includes changing ink and paper if needed and assisting guests with the guest book if needed

• Disassemble the photobooth at the end of the hire.

• Drive back from the venue

You must be able to lift without assistance and be physically fit as the role requires lifting cases in and out of your vehicle and at the venue. Most of our events are during the evenings and weekends and sufficient notice will be provided. Most events require availability between 4 pm – midnight, so flexibility regarding hours is important.

You will work the first few events with one of our experienced members of staff until you have learnt the ins and outs of the hardware and software of the photo booth(s) and feel confident to work on your own. You will be required to wear casual/smart clothes and shoes for events – Boothi Branded T-shirt will be provided!

Other Requirements

​

• Must be at least 21 years old, to work in bars or venues where alcohol is served and sold.

• Must have your own reliable car that fits the booth, a valid UK driver’s license, valid proof of insurance and good driving record.

• Must live in London

• Must speak fluent English

• Must be available to work evenings and most weekends

• Must be able to lift without assistance

• Must be very punctual and responsible. You must be on ­time at every event. No exceptions.

• Must be professional, polite and dress professionally. You will represent the company.

 

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as full training (paid) is provided.

Pay

​

£12 / hour

​

A typical shift can range from 4.5 – 8 hours. See a breakdown below:

• Travel to venue           30 min - 1 hour

• Assembly                     45 minutes

• Hire                                2-4 hours

• Disassembly                45 mins

• Travel from venue       30 min – 1 hour

​

There is also a travel time allowance for venues located outside of London. Parking and congestion charges are reimbursed upon receipt. Payment is made on the last working day of the month via bank transfer. The employment status can be employed (zero-hours contract) or self-employed.
